Veggies & Dip

2 Cups raw veggie (carrots, celery, pepper, broccoli)

2 Tablespoons Hummus or Salsa

3 ounces Tuna or Salmon

1 Tablespoon chopped Almonds or Walnuts

Slice or chop veggies.  Mix remaining ingredients for a healthful, delicious dip.  Makes a great mid-morning snack for energy & brain balancing.
